    It wouldn’t surprise me if the only reason Barbra recorded this one in the first place is that Neil Diamond’s co-writers on it were Alan and Marilyn Bergman, a couple of favorites of hers. They also wrote “The Way We Were” (with Marvin Hamlisch).
