The truth is that you started the feud by accusing other artists of ripping off VM’s words. And you need to stop running all over YouTube with your lies. Thanks in advance.
What a shame. that Cryoutloud person has ruined so many video comments with fights they pick everywhere. They can get potty mouthed too especially on Van Morrison videos. Yeah I’m a fan of his but I like Shirley Bassey just as much.
What I was going to say after I heard this song was I remember reading an interview of Van Morrison where he was asked what would make you most happy? and he said SHIRLEY BASSEY. She’s a great singer & she’s Celtic.
It wouldn’t surprise me if the only reason Barbra recorded this one in the first place is that Neil Diamond’s co-writers on it were Alan and Marilyn Bergman, a couple of favorites of hers. They also wrote “The Way We Were” (with Marvin Hamlisch).
this is not neil diamond..it’s robert goule or goulay or however you spell his name!
She’s biracial. African and Welsh.
Two of my favorite singers doing a beautiful song…WONDERFUL!!!
