The Secret of Poi Flowers
This is a tutorial video about compound circles (aka flowers) and freedom of expression. It uses footage from our first video shoots in the Poi Studio, so it’s not the same production quality as the DVD, and we think you’ll love it!

Poi really old dance, look up the history Maori Poi
Nick that was wonderful. I wonder if I can transpose the movements into flagging. I have being toying with the idea of flag movements similar to that of your poi movements. It’s harder to do because the flags have more surface area to work with.
